Job Description:
As Customer Service Team Lead, you will working closely with the Call Center Manager to support our amazing team of CSR’s, who are the first point of contact that our customers have with our brand. You will be handling some daily operational duties that will allow the team, (and you!) to flourish and hit goals. Customer service skills are a must, and you may handle some customer escalations. There are some administrative duties included in the role and some quality assurance for our representatives.
Schedule:
This position is a full-time, 40 hour position from Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
