What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers – via phone, email, or in person – and provide knowledgeable, courteous assistance
• Schedule appointments, coordinate services, and update job information in our system
• Work closely with field teams and management to ensure smooth communication and exceptional customer experience
• Troubleshoot customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Educate customers about our products, services, and timelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Stay up-to-date on service offerings and internal processes to better assist customers

What You Bring

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• 3+ years of customer service experience (home services, construction, or similar industry preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate customer service systems
• A professional, courteous phone and in-person demeanor
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Able to climb stairs if needed
• Manual dexterity for using a computer and handling office tasks
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
