Underground Equipment Operator

Assurance Power Systems is growing and looking to add an Underground Equipment Operator to our team. We’re seeking a dependable, safety‑focused professional with experience in gas, electrical, or underground utility work. The ideal candidate is skilled with heavy equipment, maintains a clean job site, and represents the company with professionalism.

What You Will Do:

• Represent the company professionally upon arrival at each job site

• Run electrical and gas conduits

• Operate mini excavators, skid steers, or similar equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck

• Drive a company truck with trailer and equipment

What You Will Bring:

• Clean, safe driving record

• CDL preferred but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement

• OSHA 30 certification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gas, electrical, or underground equipment operation

Compensation

$41,500–$65,000 annually
