What You’ll Do
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams from sale through install completion
• Manage all paperwork and scheduling tied to generator installation projects
• Serve as the main liaison with local municipalities to secure inspections and permits
• Track, update, and maintain files related to site plans, approvals, licenses, permits, and registrations
• Monitor permitting requirements and communicate updates to the team
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed to ensure project flow

• Experience in electrical, home services, or construction industries preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
